Australian Wealth Advisory (AWA) is seeking a Founder’s Operator — a rare hybrid role that blends Executive Assistant support, Operations, and NDIS‑aligned Compliance/Process leadership. This is a high‑trust, high‑leverage position working directly with the Founder & CEO to help build ethical, transparent, human‑centered wealth systems for Australians. As the operational backbone of AWA, you’ll ensure the business runs smoothly day‑to‑day while helping design the systems that support our clients and our growth. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and reliability to a fast‑moving environment, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and enabling the founder to operate at a strategic level.
What You’ll Do You’ll work across three core areas: Executive Support Manage calendars, inboxes, scheduling, and workflow
Prepare documents, coordinate follow‑ups, and reduce admin friction
Operations & Process Build and refine internal processes and systems
Support client onboarding/offboarding
Create clarity, structure, and repeatability across the business
Compliance (NDIS‑Focused)Maintain documentation and audit readiness
Support NDIS‑aligned compliance requirements
Uphold integrity, transparency, and consistency in all processes.
