Founder's Operator

We are excited to share that AWA is looking for a Founder’s Operator — a rare hybrid role combining Executive Assistant support, Operations, and NDIS‑aligned Compliance/Process leadership.

This is a high‑trust, high‑leverage position working directly with me as we build ethical, transparent, human‑centered wealth systems for Australians.

About the Role

You’ll be the operational backbone that keeps AWA running smoothly while helping build the systems that support our clients and our growth.

Must Have

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive workflow and priorities
  • Build clear, repeatable internal processes
  • Oversee client onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintain NDIS‑aligned compliance
  • Ensure smooth, reliable daily operations

Nice to have

  • Experience in NDIS operations
  • Background in finance or legal
  • Strong documentation or writing skills
  • Familiarity with process‑mapping tools
  • Comfort working in fast‑growth environments
